MOHM & BABY YOGA

MOhM and Baby Yoga is a Postnatal Yoga Class. It is an opportunity for MOhM to get back into her yoga practice with baby by her side, not having to worry about a babysitter. Yoga after baby provides the MOhM an hour to slow down, breath, gain strength and balance, and bond with her baby.
Baby does not participate in the class, but he/she can be incorporated as much or as little as need by either baby or MOhM needs/would like. Our babies sure do love relaxing in this peaceful environment beside their MOhMs and in their arms. At any point the baby needs to be fed or changed or settled, MOhM is free/expected to do so right away, as our babies are the first priority.
This class is for moms with babies who are not yet crawling. Please bring any feeding/diapering/swaddling necessities with you, as well as light blanket for baby to lay on.
